Samsung launches the Galaxy S smart phone to the Levant market

At just 9.9mm thick and boasting a spectacular 4-inch AMOLED display, the Galaxy S is an ultraportable powerhouse with robust capabilities. The handset brings users the latest version of Google’s Android OS (2.1), which offers users a rich lineup of productivity tools and third-party applications. The OS runs with lightning-fast speeds on theS5PC111 1-Ghz processor, which deliverssmooth transitions, crisp graphics and improved multitasking capabilities.
The Galaxy S immerses users in a world of rich multimedia. The large 4-inch Super AMOLED display delivers unrivalled screen quality, with less reflection, free viewing angles and super-fast touch-response. The mDNIe (mobile Digital Natural Image engine) – a technology used in Samsung’s best-selling LCD and LED TVs – boosts an even sharper and crisper viewing experience for photos, videos, and e-books.
